Specialising in pipe spooling, fabrication and site services that are focused on delivering fully integrated solutions to clients, WPF have the capacity to install, service and repair equipment across a range of sectors. 

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) is the process undertaken by an asset owner to engage a contractor to undertake preliminary assessment, diagnosis, engineering detailing and scheduling for a project. In collaboration with our clients, WPF’s ECI process offers transparency through the development and consultation with all stakeholders, providing budget certainty for a better project outcome. Using latest technologies, we are able to capture your structure’s data using a number of remote inspection methods, from bespoke camera rigs and cameras operated by remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to thermal imaging, laser scanning and precision surveying.

Utilising the latest in design software, we can provide you with a full turnkey, greenfield or brownfield design for whatever custom requirements you might have. We can produce 2D/3D drawings and models of any facet of your project, including structural, tube, piping, and plant layout in mechanical design or assembly drawings.

We ensure that all aspects of the design are accurately modelled to prevent clashes and enable smooth integration, enhancing both functionality and constructability.

Providing in house drafting services to support our client’s needs, we offer detailed isometrics, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and complete fabrication drawing packages to support your project and even provide site measurements.

Our detailing services ensure that all aspects of fabrication and installation are clearly documented for accurate execution, reducing rework.

Our in-house engineering capability enables the rapid design and installation of bespoke access systems for the delivery of onshore and offshore inspection, maintenance and upgrade services.

We offer a comprehensive service that includes 3D design, construction, maintenance, adjustment and, eventually, disassembly of the scaffolding system.
